A Week of Peace-Day 1

Today I start 7 days of peace doing a series of One Commands around a single aspect of my life. Today’s topic is Mental.

For those of you who have not seen what a command looks like, it goes like this:

I don’t know how I <your desired outcome> I only know that I do so now and I am fulfilled.

To save space I will abbreviate as:

IDKHI <your desired outcome> IOKTIDSNAIAF

You use this command in the 4th step of TOC after entering the theta brainwave.

My commands for today are:

IDKHI awake fresh and alert IOKTIDSNAIAF

IDKHI completely focus on tasks IOKTIDSNAIAF

IDKHI remember everything I need to know when I need to know it IOKTIDSNAIAF

IDKHI instantly absorb new knowledge IOKTIDSNAIAF

After finishing teaching for the day I went to my evening job tutoring and I had half and hour before I needed to get started, I decided to start commanding while sitting in the car.

I closed my eyes and entered Theta and started commanding.

After I was done, just rested and enjoyed the soft floaty feeling of theta. After I left my car, I noticed that my sinuses were clear and I felt relaxed and refreshed. Unusual after already working 8 hours that day and 2 more to go.

Tomorrow I will report any additional positive outcomes and offer the commands for Physical.

A Week of Peace

Yesterday, I was struggling with all the different things I want to do and trying to figure out what to focus on. Mostly I was flitting from one to the other accomplishing a bunch of nothing.

Last September, I learned about The One Command, created by Asara Lovejoy. It is a guided visualization that helps you achieve a theta state and then commanding what you desire. You can find out more about The One Command at http://www.commandingwealth.com/.

As a One Command Circle Facilitator I receive a number of posts everyday from the One Command list concerning using The One Command (TOC) and the successes that our group is having. One of them struck a chord with me about using TOC daily and journaling the results and noticing the successes.

I have not practiced TOC in a while and I decided I need to start commanding daily for a week and record the results. The title “A Week of Peace” came to me, so that’s what I am doing for 7 days. Every day I will command a group of commands focused around one area of my life.

The areas I have chosen are:

  • Mental
  • Physical
  • Spiritual
  • Mission
  • Relationships
  • Prosperity
  • Environment

I will create commands each day around those areas and journal the results here. Feel free to add your thoughts and comments.
